The red coolbox and the man behind it are 'Southern Cross Bitters'. Alan Bester is the brewer and he has gone from a demo on all-grain to doing his third all-grain batch inside of three months. And one of those beers he presented at the festival. See, it just takes attitude ! Thanks Alan for the contribution, its great to see new brewers hitting the hobby with such enthusiasm !
