And then things degenerated. By 3 pm the raffle results were announced and the next few pictures show some of our winners.
The pic shows Jeremy upon his podium (well, a shelf) announcing the results. The tickets were pulled out by a combination of Marius of Coopers and Sophia who ran the raffle.
And if EVER there was a missed opportunity at the festival . . . it was Jeremy not taking a picture of what he could see from his vantage point on high ! 200+ smiling faces were in full song, crowding the hall in the latter stages of the day. It was a truly awesome sight and one that will remain in the mind of this festival organiser for many years to come. In fact, it was at that point that the full realisation of what we'd achieved on the day really dawned. THANKS FOLKS !
