The WORT HOG BREWERS use the Yahoo ! Groups email distribution service to communicate regularly amongst the club. To join just enter your email address in the box further down the page and follow any instructions they throw at you . . . simple, honest !
The Yahoo! Groups service is aimed at being a regular communication means amongst brewers that allows brewers to contact all other brewers with one email address. You may receive anything from 0 to 5 emails a day depending on what topic is generating the energy at the time. The service does give you the option though of never receiving more than one email per day and you can set that up once you have been registered on the service. If you get stuck doing that then email our webmaster.
Joining this email distribution list is not the same as joining the WHB Club though ... for that you need to attend one of our two-monthly meetings and sign-up.
Should you be keen to receive regular emails from the club then you must sign-up as a 'WHB Website User'. The WHB's manage the club off the website using the email addresses that you enter when you sign-up as a WHB Website User .. to register as a WHB Website User .. REGISTER HERE. Registered users can post events to our 'Online Beery Events Calendar', enter and share information about their home breweries with other brewers and can pledge beer online for various events such as the WHB's Summer Beer Festival and Big Brew.
