We will be doing a yeast tasting. We brewed a 100L batch of blonde ale and divided it into 10 x 10L buckets and fermented each one with a different strain of yeast.
Christopher Rothman from Liquid Culture, will do a talk on their yeast strains, from what is available, to practical information on yeast starters, reusing yeast, yeast handling etc.
